Job Description:

  • Pega workflow end to the vision for integrated case management, and this person will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, along with integration with many target state systems/li>
  • Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise. Pega Workflow, Case Management, Integration/Data Migration experience needed
  • Agile experience with related SDM tools is required Collaborate with the team to coordinate the delivery of software applications
  • Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions
  • Designs develop, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
  • Effectively conveys the message in both written and verbal development discussions
  • Banking domain Pega experience preferred (especially in compliance and risk)
  • Strong understanding of key business elements
  • Prior framework implementation experience
  • Strong Data analysis skills
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise application architecture and implementation
  • Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions
  • Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry
  • Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.X tools and leads development activities
  • Knowledge of PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture
  • Ability to translate business requirements into design/application builds
  • Contributes to best practice definitions
  • Critically reviews work of other team members
  • Analyse, Identifies and log enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.X
  • Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule
  • Expands knowledge of capital markets & banking industry and processes/tools
  • Leads and participates in project teams
  • Uses and promotes the use of best practice project management and testing tools by working in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment
  • Executes other responsibilities and key result
