Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE 1) with deep expertise in Applied AI Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solution integration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, model fine-tuning, and enterprise-grade AI application deployment across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate LLM-based AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
• Design systems utilizing Graph Databases, Vector Stores, and advanced SQL-based architectures
• Build robust ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting Generative AI strategies
• Apply data engineering concepts including MapReduce principles and data structure analysis
• Identify appropriate use cases for Classical Machine Learning versus Generative AI approaches
• Develop enterprise data strategies using relational, NoSQL, graph, and in-memory database technologies
• Implement data governance standards including lineage, PII handling, and access control mechanisms
• Design event-driven architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and quality assurance activities
• Provide architectural guidance and educate enterprise customers on AI implementation best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9–12 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, software engineering, or enterprise AI solutions
• Strong expertise in LLM-based application development and AI integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and model fine-tuning
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt workflows, AI guardrails, and reliability mechanisms
• Experience with Graph Databases, SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Database technologies
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed systems
• Experience implementing data governance and secure data handling practices
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting capability
• Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N1 or N2 mandatory
