Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team across the APAC-MEA region. You will assist with administrative tasks, manage client accounts, and help execute sales strategies to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Line: Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely order processing.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, including contracts and proposals.
• Update and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotions.
• Generate sales reports and provide insights to the Business Development Manager.
• Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Presales, and Delivery for a seamless customer experience.
• Develop product knowledge to effectively support customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or a similar administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
