Position Overview

Web Synergies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering Dell Data Lakehouse platforms and working within cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. This role will lead clients through complex data transformation journeys, ensuring that solutions are scalable, robust, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Dell Data Lakehouse solutions, tailored to client-specific needs.
• Drive large-scale data transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle—from planning to implementation.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in data management, security, and performance optimisation.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies such as Starburst to enhance query performance and data accessibility.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the development of internal knowledge repositories and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dell Data Lakehouse platform architecture and implementation.
• Proven expertise in Starburst design and delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
• Familiarity with other cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
