Team Lead – .NET Full Stack Developer (ReactJS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead – .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core development, RESTful API implementation, and advanced proficiency in ReactJS for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications.

This role involves designing and developing secure, scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework (.NET Core, .NET 5+) along with API development
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development
  • Strong experience in ReactJS for front-end development
  • Expertise in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Experience in system integration, especially with SAP
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
  • Strong requirement gathering and client communication skills
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
