Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in Planon Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solutions. The role involves delivering full-cycle implementations in enterprise environments, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle Planon IWMS implementations across enterprise environments
• Configure and customise Planon modules based on business requirements
• Manage data migration activities and ensure accurate data transformation
• Implement integration solutions using APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Provide functional and technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of hands-on Planon implementation experience with strong knowledge of core modules and configuration methodology
• Experience at Planon or a certified implementation partner is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle IWMS implementations in complex enterprise environments
• Proficiency in data migration practices and integration approaches (APIs, middleware)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent client-facing communication and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English

Advantageous Skills

• Planon certification(s) or formal Planon training accreditation
• Exposure to Facilities Management (FM), real estate, or corporate occupier environments
• Experience delivering projects in the Asia-Pacific region
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory and workplace management standards
