Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Lead to manage and lead global support operations across Yokogawa’s Salesforce platforms. This role involves overseeing support processes, monitoring tickets, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The role requires working in a global environment, engaging with business users, regional IT teams, and global stakeholders to deliver consistent and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end support lifecycle for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Monitor and escalate support tickets with internal and global teams to ensure timely resolution
• Keep end users informed on progress while adhering to established support processes
• Collaborate with end users, enhancement teams, and regional teams to provide effective support
• Perform solution reviews, optimise performance, and enforce best practices
• Work hands-on with support tools such as ServiceNow
• Coordinate with QA, Release Management, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment of support changes
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with IT architecture and data policies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture decisions, reusable components, and system configurations

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support roles
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies
• Experience managing teams in a global environment
• Hands-on experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and multi-region deployments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing model, governor limits, and secure coding practices
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global IT and business teams
• Japanese language proficiency (N3/N2 certification preferred)
