Role Summary

The Site Data Migration Manager acts as the primary execution owner for all data migration activities within the assigned cluster. This role is responsible for leading and delivering site-level data migration aligned with SAP requirements, ensuring successful execution across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data mapping activities in alignment with SAP requirements
• Drive coordination and alignment with business user teams, site IT teams, and Accenture project consultants
• Validate, cleanse, and improve data quality prior to migration
• Lead all phases of data migration, including mapping, development support, testing, and Mock0 / Mock1 migration rehearsals
• Manage site-level schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure execution progresses as per defined plans and quality standards
• Report site-level progress and escalate risks or issues to overall programme management
• Act as the primary on-site lead responsible for successful data migration execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SAP implementation or SAP data migration projects
• Hands-on experience in data mapping and data quality validation
• Practical knowledge of data migration tools such as Syniti
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities
• Ability to effectively bridge business and IT stakeholders
• Fluent Japanese communication skills
• Strong leadership, ownership, and proactive problem-solving mindset
