Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual UX/Product Designer to deliver high-quality, user-centric design solutions in a global, Agile environment. This role involves close collaboration with teams across Japan and offshore locations to design intuitive and engaging consumer experiences aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Demonstrated experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with global design agencies or creative partners
• Exposure to loyalty, rewards, or gamification platforms
• Experience in consumer, retail, CPG, or large-scale consumer ecosystems
• Knowledge of personalisation, experimentation, and analytics-driven UX
• Experience in IoT, vending, or physical–digital experience design

Tools & Environment

• Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, Confluence, Miro
• Agile POD-based delivery model

Success Measures

• Effective collaboration and alignment across Japan teams, creative designers, and offshore teams
• Improved usability and clarity of key consumer journeys
• Timely delivery of design outputs aligned with sprint commitments
• Adoption of redesigned experiences aligned with business KPIs
