Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IBM Mainframe Systems Engineer to support ongoing operations and maintenance while contributing to a large-scale next-generation system renewal project. This role offers the opportunity to work in a mission-critical financial environment, combining operational stability with project-based delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of the IBM Mainframe environment.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and reliability.
- Support the testing phase of a large-scale next-generation system renewal project.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Strong experience with z/OS.
- Proficiency in TSO, ISPF, and JCL.
- Solid understanding of mainframe fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with project team members.
- Positive, forward-thinking attitude towards learning and working with new or unfamiliar technical areas.
Other Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Standard)
- Remote Work: Available up to 2 days per week after a 6-month onsite period
