Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with strong telecom billing domain expertise to support mobile operator billing transformation projects in Japan.

This role serves as a critical bridge between Japanese customers and global delivery teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, clear communication, regulatory compliance, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Act as the liaison between Japanese customers and global delivery teams
• Support billing transformation initiatives for telecom operators
• Ensure compliance with Japanese telecom regulations
• Facilitate clear communication across bilingual stakeholders
• Contribute to successful project delivery through effective coordination and documentation

Key Strengths Required

• Strong expertise in end-to-end telecom billing processes, including rating, CDRs, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
• Solid understanding of Japanese telecom regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience in billing implementation and configuration
• Strong bilingual communication skills (Japanese ↔ English)
