Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle QA Lead with strong expertise in Telecom BSS/OSS and Oracle billing systems to lead quality assurance activities across complex transformation programmes.

This role involves defining QA strategy, leading teams, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead QA strategy for telecom transformation programmes
• Manage end-to-end testing including functional, regression, UAT, and performance testing
• Oversee QA activities for Oracle BRM and BSS/OSS systems
• Drive automation strategy and integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
• Act as a customer-facing QA lead in a bilingual environment

Key Strengths Required

• Proven QA leadership experience in Oracle BRM and telecom BSS/OSS systems
• Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies
• Experience in automation strategy and CI/CD integration
• Excellent customer-facing and bilingual communication skills (Japanese ↔ English)
