Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Privacy Consultant to lead and manage enterprise privacy programs. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and oversee compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with global regulations while enabling business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end privacy and compliance program initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, RACIs, and RAPID frameworks
• Engage stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements
• Manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously
• Create dashboards and executive-level progress reports
• Collaborate with legal, business, and technical teams
• Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in privacy or compliance programs
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience working in consulting or in-house environments

Preferred Qualifications

• IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP)
• Experience in Big 4 or privacy consulting firms
• Knowledge of global privacy frameworks (LGPD, PDPA, PIPL, HIPAA, GLBA)
• Experience supporting DPO functions or governance committees
• Exposure to AI governance and data ethics

Technology & Tools

• Hands-on experience with OneTrust (Assessments, Consent, DSAR, Incident Management)
• Ability to evaluate and implement privacy tech stacks
• Experience working with APIs and data mapping requirements
