Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer with experience supporting cloud platforms, data environments, and Microsoft 365 services. This role involves maintaining enterprise cloud operations, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring secure, reliable platform performance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, identity and access management, and working within regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Support data platforms such as databases, storage, and analytics services
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services
- Assist with divestment, separation, carve-out, or M&A technology initiatives
- Support identity and access management processes across cloud environments
- Maintain secure data handling practices and operational compliance
- Create clear technical documentation and support records
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience supporting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Experience supporting data platforms including databases, storage, and analytics
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Experience supporting divestment, separation, carve-out, or M&A initiatives
- Good understanding of cloud identity, access management, and data handling principles
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Azure and AWS data services
- Experience supporting cloud or Microsoft 365 migration tools
- Experience working with system integrators or managed service providers
- Relevant Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 certifications
