Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Process Analyst to support large-scale life insurance transformation programmes across multiple territories.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in insurance claims processing, along with proven experience in business and functional requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement in global delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance transformation initiatives
- Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, and functional process documentation
- Work closely with business and technology teams to define end-to-end claims processes
- Support modernization of claims workflows including adjudication, payments, recoveries, and fraud management
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Ensure alignment of business needs with system capabilities and transformation goals
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint participation
Key Strengths Required
- 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst in life insurance transformation programs
- Strong domain expertise in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Employee Benefits (Group Health)
- Hands-on experience in insurance claims lifecycle (adjudication, payment processing, recoveries, fraud controls)
- Proven ability in creating BRD, FSD, user stories, and process documentation
- Experience working in multi-territory / global delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Desired Skills
- Experience with modern claims platforms or digital claims systems
- Exposure to AI, rules engines, or decision automation in insurance operations
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience in APAC insurance markets
- Understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Experience in global CoE or delivery center models
