Role Summary

The Release Manager (Dual Landscape Controller) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the end-to-end release management process across the SAP landscape. This role ensures seamless deployments, alignment between parallel landscapes (N and N+1), and effective execution of retrofit activities while maintaining strict governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and govern release schedules across Development, Quality, and Production environments
• Coordinate deployments across parallel SAP landscapes (N and N+1) to prevent conflicts between projects, rollouts, and maintenance activities
• Manage and track retrofit activities to ensure synchronisation of changes across landscapes
• Ensure compliance with defined change management, testing, and approval processes prior to production releases
• Collaborate with development, testing, AMS, and infrastructure teams to ensure release readiness
• Maintain the release calendar, monitor transport movements, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Provide clear communication on release plans, risks, impacts, and status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Release and Transport Management
• Solid understanding of N+1 landscape strategy and retrofit processes
• Experience with tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and/or ServiceNow
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred

Experience Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 4+ years in Release Management OR
• At least 2 end-to-end project experiences as a Release Manager

Engagement Details

• Location: Offshore
• Start Date: Immediate to 2–4 weeks
• Nationality/Age: No restriction (selection based on competency and experience)
