Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP BASIS services, projects, and enhancements.
- Lead and mentor the team; manage budget and productivity.
- Standardize and automate processes with SAP HANA solutions.
- Oversee SAP implementations, rollouts, and delivery.
- Ensure incident, change, and problem management adherence.
- Collaborate with global vendors for project execution and support.
- Transition management for RISE, including project methodology and monitoring.
- Formulate and manage SLAs for business request resolutions.
- Deliver high-quality fixes, resolve escalations, and manage global customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in large SAP program management and timely project delivery.
- Expertise in SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and new dimensional products.
- Familiarity with SAP management tools and public cloud (AWS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IaaS/PaaS, HA/DR architectures, and SAP Solution Manager.
