We seek a seasoned Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience in IT projects and a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation, and experience in cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and certifications like CBAP or CCBA is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in continuous delivery mode, iteratively analyzing, testing, and delivering features.
- Maintain user stories, process flows, and test cases.
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on project scope.
- Facilitate story sizing, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
- Guide teams in Agile development and coach junior resources.
