Role Overview
Join Web Synergies as a Senior Inside Sales Executive in Tokyo! We are looking for a dynamic professional with bilingual skills (Japanese - JLPT N2 or above and English) to manage IT Solutions/Services sales and international client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new leads.
- Generate interest through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Build strong client relationships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Upsell and cross-sell IT solutions while handling US clients.
- Work closely with international clients and perform in US shifts.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Proven experience in international sales and business development within the IT domain.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Preferred experience in video prospecting.
