Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead – .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core development, RESTful API implementation, and hands-on experience in ReactJS for building dynamic and responsive front-end applications. This role focuses on designing secure, scalable solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality software solutions while mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework (.NET Core, .NET 5+).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Work extensively with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Manage system integrations, particularly with SAP.
• Lead, mentor, and manage development teams effectively.
• Gather requirements and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework (.NET Core, .NET 5+).
• Expertise in RESTful API design and development.
• Strong front-end development experience using ReactJS.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including performance tuning.
• Experience with system integration, especially SAP.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Strong requirement gathering and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
