Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with over 10 years of expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Pardot.

This role requires strong architectural skills, technical leadership, and hands-on development experience to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-optimised Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Understand and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Prepare detailed requirement documents, wireframes, process flows, data models, and implementation algorithms.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance and lead technical discussions.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with senior architects on best practices, design patterns, and innovative solutions.

Best Practices & Governance

• Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and security models.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and governance policies.

Integration

• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Prepare data mapping documents and manage integration artefacts, including schedules, maintenance, backup, and restoration plans.

Mentorship and Guidance

• Guide teams on solution approaches, implementation strategies, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Maintain code quality through regular reviews.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Present multiple technical solution options with clear pros and cons.

Development

• Build scalable and high-performance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, Pardot, and Figma (basic level).

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in LWC, Apex, Flows, and Salesforce platform customisation.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and hands-on experience with Figma.
• Expertise in integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing models, security standards, and performance optimisation.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design, usability, scalability, and accessibility.
• Experience working in Agile teams and using Azure DevOps for task tracking, repositories, and release pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Mandatory).
