Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with a minimum of six years of experience to provide technical ownership and production support for SAP Ariba On Demand (Buying & Invoicing) solutions. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, designing, and continuously improving the Procure-to-Pay landscape while ensuring high availability, performance, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP Ariba cloud platform, covering configuration, functionality, release management, and adoption of new features. Strong experience in integrations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with SAP development teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Ownership & Support

• Provide technical ownership and production support for SAP Ariba On Demand (Buying & Invoicing).
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba cloud configuration, functionality, and release management.
• Monitor, maintain, and deploy integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA using CIG, PI, Open ICS, and WebMethods.
• Maintain strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables, configuration, master data, and integrations to optimise Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise integrations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with SAP development teams to design and deploy Ariba functionality integrated with SAP ERP systems.
• Establish and enforce integration and security best practices aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and release testing for Ariba and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba On Demand solutions.
• Expertise in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, including Guided Buying.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Creating and updating tiles
  • Creating and enabling catalogues
  • Core configuration (workflows, users, suppliers, etc.)
  • Purchase Order (PO) and invoicing processes
• Ability to automate and optimise Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
