Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in SAP FI/CO implementation projects and S/4HANA Simple Finance / Central Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions across implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FI CO implementations, having worked on at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Design, develop, and manage RICEF objects, including preparation of Detailed Design Documents, development, and unit testing.
• Handle complex interfaces, configurations, and customisations within SAP FI CO.
• Manage Withholding Taxation, EBS, and Month-End Closing processes.
• Execute and document System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to successful sign-off.
• Manage cutover activities and data migration for assigned functional areas.
• Provide hypercare support, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth BAU handover.
• Work effectively across multi-location projects and multiple reporting hierarchies.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Mandatory experience in S/4HANA Simple Finance / Central Finance.
• Strong expertise in RICEF development, interfaces, and custom solutions.
• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, migration, and hypercare support.
• Ability to work in hybrid environments and global project teams.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification is an added advantage.
