Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized sustainability strategies for clients.
• Assist clients in defining vision and measurable goals.
• Align baseline and future situations, considering multiple organizational factors.
• Identify and prioritize issues, estimate ROI, and plan roadmaps for implementation.
• Conduct data analysis from ESG data and GHG emission accounting.
• Understand and comply with country regulations and reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Optimize supply chain operations and drive sustainable growth.
• Develop energy and sustainability materials, complete energy and carbon assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance from initial inquiry to project completion.
• Research environmental impacts, including carbon footprint, energy use, water use, waste output, and air quality.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for clients.
• Support clients in obtaining sustainability certifications.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 strategies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks in SEA countries.
• Proficiency with decarbonization tools/software.
• Strong global partner network for decarbonization.
• Knowledge of energy and sustainability certifications, such as ISO5001.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for renewable energy.
• Understanding of risk strategy and industrial code standards for renewable energy.
