Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Desktop Support professional with 4–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Computing Services. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/certification in information systems) and demonstrate fluency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English. This role requires comprehensive expertise in managing PC hardware, software, operating systems, directory services, printing, and applications, as well as hands-on experience with laptop and handheld device management.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Management:

• Provide 24×7 support for hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage PC operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Mac Operating Systems.
• Oversee wireless device management and software distribution systems.
• Utilise Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and WDS technologies effectively.
• Operate anti-virus management consoles and resolve related issues.

End User Computing (EUC):

• Deliver expert support for End User Computing technologies, including Microsoft M365.
• Ensure seamless service desk operations and desktop engineering support.
• Utilise workstation patch management tools, vulnerability management, and ITSM processes (incident, work order, change management).

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams to meet user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in IT service management and asset management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MCSE certification by an accredited facility.
• ITIL or formal Service Management training.
