Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the SAP Controlling module and S/4HANA environments. The role involves leading SAP implementations, managing complex cost controlling processes, and supporting global finance operations across UK, US, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Controlling (CO) module implementations and upgrades
• Configure and manage Cost Objects Controlling, Internal Orders (IO), and Profit Centre Accounting (PCA)
• Work on Product Costing, Material Ledger (ML), and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Handle cost allocations and New General Ledger (New GL) processes
• Ensure seamless FI integration with other SAP modules including SD and MM
• Design interfaces and define end-to-end process flows
• Provide support across UK, US, and APAC time zones, including weekends and holidays when required

Qualifications & Professional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the SAP Controlling module
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices
• Proven experience in leading SAP implementations or system upgrades
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects

Certifications & Technical Expertise

• SAP FI/CO & S/4HANA Certification, demonstrating strong expertise in financial and controlling processes
• Proficiency in niche technologies including S/4HANA and Central Finance (CFIN)
• Strong knowledge of Cost Objects Controlling, Internal Orders (IO), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Material Ledger (ML), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Cost Allocations, and New General Ledger (New GL)
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Accounting practices is preferred
