Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FSCM Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management and Dispute Management. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, credit risk assessment, dispute resolution, and deep integration with SAP FI-AR, SD, and Business Partner (BP). Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM is preferred.

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management and Dispute Management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FSCM components and integration points
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and FI-AR, SD integration
  • Ability to analyse production issues and propose business-aligned solutions
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

SAP FSCM – Credit Management

  • Implement and customise SAP FSCM modules to meet client-specific requirements
  • Manage Credit Risk Classes, Credit Groups, Credit Segments, and Scoring Rules
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to credit exposure calculation, credit limit checks, and blocked sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents
  • Handle Credit Risk Assessment, Limit Management, Scoring, Rules, and integration with SD
  • Analyse and troubleshoot issues in UKM_BP, UKM_CASE, UKM_ITEMS, UKM_LOG, and related tables
  • Handle credit analyst assignments and ensure alignment with customer master data
  • Support automatic credit checks and batch job monitoring
  • Work closely with business users to analyse credit issues and propose solutions
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and production issues
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams
  • Ensure compliance with SAP standard processes and audit requirements
  • Support credit management in decoupled (Central Finance) environments
  • Work with interfaces (XML, API) and third-party integrations

SAP FSCM – Dispute Management

  • Strong knowledge of Case Architecture (RMS ID), Case Types, Categories, and Reason Codes
  • Support financial integration with FI-AR including automatic creation and closure of dispute cases
  • Configure and support SAP Dispute Management (FIN-FSCM-DM)
  • Manage Dispute Case Types, Reason Codes, Status Profiles, and Workflow
  • Handle the end-to-end dispute lifecycle including posting of credit/debit memos
  • Support integration with FI-AR and SD billing
  • Monitor and resolve issues in UDMCASE, UDMHISTORY, and UDM_ITEMS tables
  • Ensure correct posting and clearing of disputed items
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking for dispute resolution

Integration & Support

  • Strong interaction with SAP SD, FI-AR, and Business Partner (BP)
  • Analyse and resolve production issues related to billing relevance and credit exposure
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams and business stakeholders
  • Provide operational support during month-end and quarter-end cycles

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, SOPs, and KT documents
  • Support smooth knowledge transition to support teams
  • Participate in audits and provide required documentation and evidence
