Job Summary
We are seeking a Foreign Travel Claim Specialist with 4-9 years of experience to manage all aspects of foreign travel claims and related processes. The role requires proficiency in travel and expense management software and a strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Key responsibilities include arranging forex, verifying and settling travel vouchers, maintaining travel cards, processing payments, arranging insurance, and creating provisions during month-end close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process foreign travel claims and arrange forex.
- Verify and settle travel vouchers.
- Maintain and update travel cards.
- Ensure adherence to travel policies.
- Process payments and arrange insurance for employees traveling abroad.
- Create provisions during month-end close.
- Handle travel card encashments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in finance.
- Proficiency in travel and expense management software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English.
