Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QC Lead/Manager to join our IoT platform team in Vietnam. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end quality assurance processes, defining quality control procedures, and managing a team of QC engineers. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards for our IoT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end quality testing across IoT projects.
  • Define and implement quality control processes for IoT platform development.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with external/internal stakeholders for automation testing frameworks.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead the QC team to meet quality objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience, with 2+ years in IoT or technology platforms.
  • Proficient in quality management systems, testing tools, and software methodologies.
  • Experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing QC teams.
