Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads with local sales and support Web Synergies Business Partners with product presentations, demonstrations, and solution architecture.
- Prepare and lead IoT proposals focusing on manufacturing, smart buildings, and smart cities.
- Develop IIoT use cases, solution architecture, and recommendations for customers.
- Conduct evaluations, site surveys, and testing for data integration and demonstrations.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, design innovation, and concept testing.
- Offer training and workshops to customers.
- Plan and monitor opportunities pipeline and growth with the global business development team.
- Manage internal stakeholders to grow the business through Business Partners.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent proposal writing skills in English.
- Experience with technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong communication and business knowledge to promote IoT solutions.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting technical slides.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of cloud technology.
- Hands-on IIoT experience.
- Technical knowledge of OT connectivity (OPC, Modbus, RS485, Lora, MQTT, Rest).
- Good network experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with various edge connectivity.

- Effective communication skills.
- Enjoys dynamic changes (start-up mode).
