Responsibilities
- Develop IIoT solution materials and integration recommendations.
- Create solutions for OT/IT data integration, including edge gateway and server/cloud connections.
- Manage timelines, provide regular reports, suggestions, and gap analysis.
- Conduct evaluations, site surveys, and testing for data integration and demonstration.
- Support proposals, pre-sales, design innovation, and realization plans.
- Prepare technical presentations for customers and Business Development Managers.
- Translate functional and technical requirements for DX Engineering and local regional teams.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience with complex data integration from various OEM equipment and OT protocols (serial, ASCII, RS485/RS232, Modbus, Profibus, Telnet, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency with LoraWan, MQTT, REST, image, and video data.
- Expertise with Node-RED for data integration/translation from gateway to cloud.
- Networking skills, including public and static SIM cards, porting, and whitelisting techniques.
- Experience with OSI PI System, PI Historian, and PI Integrator.
- Familiarity with various IoT gateways (e.g., Moxa, Redlion).
- Proficiency with edge connectivity from OT devices to servers/cloud, including Kepware.
- Experience with edge devices and data buffering mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Azure IoT Hub and OT/IT security connectivity.
