Job Summary

We are looking for an IIoT Solution Engineer to study connectivity and design, develop, and integrate on-premises gateways to the cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OT-IT integration, focusing on OT-IT integration, on-prem to cloud integration, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data from Historian or OT devices using manufacturing process expertise.
• Perform complex OT/IT data integration between Edge Gateway and on-premises server or Cloud (bi-directional).
• Manage project timelines and provide regular reports, suggestions, and gap analysis.
• Conduct evaluations and testing with users for data integration and demonstration, including site study, front-end engineering design, implementation, and maintenance/services.
• Prepare technical documentation and support proposals, design innovation, and realization plans, including customer coordination.

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on complex data integration from various OEM equipment using OT protocols (Serial, ASCII, RS485/RS232, Modbus, Profibus, Telnet, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
• Experience with LoraWan, MQTT, REST, image, and video integration.
• Data integration/translation from gateway to cloud.
• Networking skills:
  • Public and static SIM card, porting, and whitelisted techniques for on-premises gateway and cloud integration.
• Hands-on experience with OSI PI System, PI Historian, and PI Integrator.
• Familiarity with IoT gateways like Moxa, Redlion, or other third-party gateways.
• Experience with edge connectivity from OT devices to on-premises servers or cloud, using Kepware or other edge devices.
