Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel with 3 to 9 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Partnership Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review key legal documents, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Provide legal counsel on IT-related matters.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of legal experience in the IT industry.
- Proficient in handling various legal documents and agreements.
