Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Security Consultant to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in managing and securing SAP environments and working on S4 Hana Greenfield Implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP environment, including system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain SAP security policies, user roles, and authorisations to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Perform SAP Basis tasks such as system installations, upgrades, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
• Monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Conduct regular system audits and participate in compliance reviews to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align SAP systems with business requirements and best practices.
• Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and other projects as required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security and related systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Components: ECC, BW, SRM, APO, CRM, PI, SOLMAN, and S4 Hana.
• Expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SAP migrations and upgrades.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
