Job Summary:
We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual IT Recruiter to join our Tokyo team and lead the recruitment of top IT talent. This role requires fluency in Japanese and English to manage end-to-end recruitment in the Japan market, including:
- Sourcing and attracting IT talent for various tech roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers in Japan and globally to understand recruitment needs and recommend solutions.
- Leveraging job boards, social media, and other channels to engage top candidates.
- Navigating Japanβs recruitment processes, employment laws, and business etiquette.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an IT recruiter, preferably within Japan.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and oral).
- Strong understanding of IT roles and trends, with experience in candidate sourcing.
- Resident of Japan, native Japanese or bilingual expats preferred.
