Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MES Consultant with strong experience in Manufacturing IT to design and deliver MES and shopfloor digitization solutions. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing teams, system integrators, and customers to support production, quality, and traceability across industrial environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in MES and Manufacturing IT
- Experience with MES platforms such as Tulip, Ignition, Opcenter, Aveva, Rockwell, or similar
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or process operations
- Exposure to chemical or batch process manufacturing is preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MES and shopfloor digitisation solutions
- Translate manufacturing and process operations into system workflows
- Support production, quality, and traceability use cases
- Work closely with PLC, IoT, and ERP teams for system integration
- Participate in customer workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution discussions
