Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Platform Developers, Senior Developers, and Leads to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on advanced scripting, platform customisation, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performance ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Build and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and scripting best practices.
- Work closely with technical teams to support and optimise ServiceNow modules.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and alignment with project goals.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong JavaScript programming skills.
- Implementation-only profiles will not be considered.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (CAD preferred).
- Experience with custom module development or Service Portal.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
