Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled UKG (Kronos) professional with strong hands-on experience in Kronos Cloud platform configuration and application support. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and supporting workforce management solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle system configuration and application support for Kronos Cloud platform (UKG), including WIM.
• Provide application support by troubleshooting user requests and resolving system and data issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance, manage error logs, and resolve data and interface errors.
• Test system changes, prepare design specifications and test scripts, load data, and generate reports with a strong focus on system configuration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and services for UKG workforce management solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers to enhance existing systems and deliver new features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and improve application performance.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and design documentation.
• Follow best practices such as code reviews, testing, and version control using Git.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work with UKG Kronos APIs and integration points to enable seamless data exchange.
• Maintain and enhance integrations aligned with UKG Kronos and external system updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation ensuring compliance with security and internal standards.
• Perform thorough testing and system validation in collaboration with QA teams.
• Stay updated with emerging integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on configuration and system administrator experience with Kronos version 8.1 or above
• Strong experience handling Kronos Cloud platform (UKG) configuration and support
• Expertise in application support, system configuration, and workforce management solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
