Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual Japanese/English-speaking Project Manager to join our R&D division, focusing on Quality Control (QC) projects.
The ideal candidate will lead project activities, ensure effective communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams, and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables. A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is required, with at least 5 years of experience in project management. Fluency in both Japanese and English and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate QC project activities.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Liaise with stakeholders, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Ensure collaboration between Japanese and English-speaking teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in an R&D environment.
- Project management certifications preferred.
