Job Summary

Web Synergies is seeking a skilled Java Developer with 6-15 years of experience to join our team in Singapore. This role involves developing and integrating Payment Technology solutions, building highly scalable distributed systems, and ensuring compliance with architecture standards.

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Postgres, Camunda, MongoDB, React.js, Spring Batch, Redis.
• Experience in the Banking and Payments domain.
• Knowledge of Payment processing systems, workflows, and integration with bank ecosystems.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and integration design patterns (API, MQ).
• Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks based on instructions or run books provided by the team lead or architect.
• Perform Payment Hub-related build and integration activities.
• Support system architecture and design across business areas.
• Own end-to-end application delivery for specified projects.
• Ensure project designs are compliant with architecture standards.
• Lead and manage a team for project delivery and development.
• Support the deployment activity and troubleshoot incidents during deployment.
• Ensure production acceptance criteria are met for operational readiness tasks.
