Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Migration Specialist with 6+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years specialising in Azure cloud migration. This role requires a strong background in Azure Compute Services, networking, identity, RBAC, and hands-on experience with migration tools and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and third-party migration tools (e.g., Cloud Endure, Zerto) to migrate workloads to Azure.
• Design Azure-based computing architecture including VMs, VM Scale Sets, App Services, and AKS.
• Automate deployment processes using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for seamless migration.
• Perform post-migration validation, optimisation, and performance tuning.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks to ensure ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud migration.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, VMware, Hyper-V, and physical server environments.
• Deep understanding of Azure networking, identity, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and security best practices.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Optional: Terraform Associate, CKA, or other cloud/devops certifications.
