Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in managing Intune, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions. This role involves deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting MTR devices across multiple global locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms devices across meeting spaces globally.
• Monitor device health, status, and performance using Microsoft Teams Admin Centre and Pro Management tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues with MTR devices.
• Coordinate with AV vendors and OEMs for hardware support and escalations.
• Manage firmware, updates, and policies for MTR devices via Intune and M365 Admin Center.
• Ensure compliance of MTR devices with security and organisational standards.
• Manage configurations and compliance policies for MTR devices using Intune.
• Administer Microsoft Teams Phone System, including direct routing and call queues, while managing voice policies and troubleshooting performance issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or digital workplace roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Voice/Phone System.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device compliance and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Centre, MTR Pro Management, and Teams Room licenses.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in AV conferencing hardware/software issues.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting (desirable).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and conditional access policies.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Master’s degree.
