Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SIGMA - Bilingual Project Manager with at least 8 years of project management experience and a total of 15+ years in the industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SAP implementation/rollout projects and fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or N2). You will manage projects across multiple regions, including Japan, and support the team with translation and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed reports in Excel and presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders in both English and Japanese.
  • Provide interpretation and translation support during meetings with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset allocation/de‑allocation.
  • Schedule and drive meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up for closure.
  • Plan and manage activities from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Work flexible hours, with shifts either from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 15 years in the industry.
  • JLPT N3 or N2 certification is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Strong experience in project management tools like Jira (desirable).
  • Proficient in both English and Japanese (fluency required for communication).
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills using Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, self‑driven approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any PG/UG from a reputed university.
