Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager – MES / LIMS / Manufacturing Solutions to lead the end-to-end implementation of manufacturing software solutions. This role is responsible for managing customer engagements, solution implementation, configuration, project coordination, user training and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from project kick-off through to successful go-live.
• Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements and provide implementation guidance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA) and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, implementation activities, testing, user training and deployment.
• Ensure successful customer adoption, satisfaction and long-term solution success.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate activities across internal and customer teams.
• Support implementation best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience implementing MES, LIMS, QMS, EBR or similar manufacturing software solutions.
• Experience working within manufacturing or regulated industry environments.
• Good understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ALCOA+ principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, customer engagement and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer implementation projects when required.
• Japanese language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.
