Role Overview

Web Synergies is seeking experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Leads and MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architects with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.

The successful candidates will lead enterprise CRM implementation programmes, deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement secure, high-performing customer engagement platforms.

MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead – Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation projects.
• Manage, mentor and provide technical guidance to CRM development teams.
• Perform system configuration, customisation, plugin development, workflow configuration and solution integrations.
• Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs and Web Services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, project teams and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.

MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect – Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall CRM solution architecture and long-term technical roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural governance across projects.
• Design complex integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding best practices and solution design principles.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend continuous improvements.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, APIs, and Web Services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and senior leadership to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementation projects.
• Expertise in:
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• APIs
• Web Services
• Experience in CRM configuration, customisation, plugin development, workflows and integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing enterprise CRM solutions.
