Role Overview

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The successful candidate will lead the Plant Maintenance workstream, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules while supporting enterprise maintenance processes.

This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, extensive SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, and the ability to integrate SAP PM with other business-critical modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) workstream for SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Deliver end-to-end (E2E) SAP PM implementations, ensuring successful project execution.
• Configure, implement and support SAP Plant Maintenance solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Support SAP S/4HANA integration with external enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable and business-aligned SAP solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementation and support projects.
• Minimum three end-to-end (E2E) implementation experience leading the SAP Plant Maintenance track.
• Strong experience configuring, implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP PM with PP, QM, SD, MM, FI and CO modules.
• Strong understanding of Finance integration, particularly with MM, SD and CO.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with external enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices for Plant Maintenance.
• Experience supporting global implementation and support projects.
