Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking a talented SAP Basis Senior Consultant to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS, S/4 HANA upgrades, and SAP HANA administration. The role requires expertise in system migrations to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and SAP Solution Manager integration. You will manage SAP upgrades, performance tuning, cloud migrations, and system monitoring across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP BASIS administration and S/4 HANA version upgrades
• Manage SAP HANA, SAP Kernel, SAP upgrades, and system refreshes
• Configure and troubleshoot Transport Management System (TMS)
• Perform SAP migrations to AWS and Azure using the SUM DMO tool
• Lead SAP Solution Manager 7.2 implementation, integrating CHARM for transport control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for greenfield and brownfield implementations
• Implement system monitoring alerts and daily health checks using SolMan

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Expertise in SAP System Installation & Configuration (S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors)
• Experience with SAP HANA & Database Administration (HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase)
• Proficiency in SAP Migration (OS/DB, Cloud migrations, SUM/DMO tool experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with SAP Security & Authorisations
• Experience with High Availability & Disaster Recovery setups and clustering
• Cloud experience (SAP on AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Leadership in managing SAP upgrade projects, with experience in S/4 HANA 2020/2021/2023

Certifications:

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
• SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP ASE/SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver
• ITIL Foundation Certified (optional)

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Leadership experience managing junior Basis teams and contractors
