Role Overview

Web Synergies is looking for a highly experienced Copilot & AI Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to design and deliver next-generation AI-enabled business solutions.

This role focuses on building custom Copilot experiences, AI agents, and intelligent automation integrated with Dynamics 365 to transform Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping organisations transition from traditional ERP and CRM systems to AI-powered, Copilot-driven enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

D365 and Copilot Solution Design

• Design and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot capabilities into business workflows across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, and Customer Service.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for ERP, CRM, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Copilot and AI Technical Expertise

• Build and configure custom Copilot solutions using:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure OpenAI and GPT-based models
• Power Virtual Agents

• Develop AI agents for:
• Demand planning
• Procurement automation
• Customer service
• Financial insights

• Design agentic workflows and orchestration using:
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• APIs and enterprise integrations

• Additional responsibilities include:
• Enabling natural language interaction with Dynamics 365 data.
• Implementing prompt engineering and grounding strategies for enterprise AI use cases.

Next-Generation AI-Enabled Business Solutions

• Design AI-first business processes across ERP and CRM environments.

• Develop solutions that:
• Automate decision-making processes.
• Deliver predictive insights.
• Enable real-time operational intelligence.

• Build Copilot-driven dashboards and intelligent assistants for:
• Executive leadership teams
• Operations teams
• Finance users

• Integrate AI capabilities with:
• Supply chain optimisation
• Customer engagement
• Revenue forecasting

Create reusable AI solution accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to support enterprise transformation programmes.

Client Engagement and Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor for AI and Dynamics 365 transformation initiatives.
• Lead workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and business opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and Copilot solutions.
• Drive AI adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management programmes.

Integration and Architecture

• Define integration architecture between:
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• External systems, including MES, WMS, and enterprise data platforms

• Utilise:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Service Bus
• APIs
• Enterprise data platforms supporting AI-driven insights and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, and enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in:
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Services

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI agent development and intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
• Exposure to:
• Supply Chain operations
• Finance processes
• Customer Experience solutions
• Microsoft certifications in:
• Dynamics 365
• Azure AI
