Web Synergies is seeking an experienced SAP Grant Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Grant Management (GM) and SAP FICO to support implementation, configuration, and optimisation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of grant-related processes, financial compliance requirements, and SAP integration capabilities.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient grant management solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Grant Management (GM) module configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling), particularly in integration with SAP Grant Management.
• Experience working with complex grant-related workflows, including:
  • Budgeting
  • Fund allocation
  • Financial monitoring
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Financial reporting standards
  • Regulatory compliance requirements
  • Grant management regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP GM and SAP FICO modules.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide documentation and training.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• SAP certification in Grant Management or SAP FICO will be considered an advantage.
• Project management experience and familiarity with implementation methodologies are desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Experience within public sector or non-profit organisations, particularly in grant compliance and grant management.
• Strong understanding of the complete grant lifecycle, from application and approval through reporting and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP Grant Management solutions.
• Integrate SAP GM with SAP FI and SAP CO modules.
• Support grant budgeting, fund allocation, and financial monitoring processes.
• Ensure compliance with grant regulations and reporting standards.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues across SAP modules.
• Prepare documentation and provide training to end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to successful project delivery using established implementation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Grant Management Certification.
• SAP FICO Certification.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Background in public sector or non-profit organisations.
• Project management experience.
