Web Synergies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support engagements for Singapore clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise, project management capabilities, and extensive experience working within the Singapore consulting environment.

This role requires close collaboration with client HR teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful HCM transformation projects across various industries.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience within the Singapore consulting environment.
• Active hands-on techno-functional experience working directly with Singapore clients and HR teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Extensive functional and/or technical expertise across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules in multiple industries.
• Certification in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules is mandatory.
• Proficiency in:
• Business Analysis
• Business Knowledge
• Testing
• Architecture Knowledge
• Technical Solution Design
• Functional Solution Design
• Pre-sales experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and deliver additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation processes.
• Flexibility to work across various delivery models, including Agile application development, support, and deployment.
• Experience in software-specific design, realisation, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with top clients and cross-functional teams as the SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager.
• Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, project design, implementation, post-implementation support, and roll-out activities.
• Deliver successful HCM module implementations for Singapore clients.
• Liaise directly with client HR teams and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business challenges through detailed analysis and evaluation of business requirements.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and release management activities.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.
